What if I skip a visit?
Tell us and there is no charge. If it has been long enough, the next visit may need to be a deep one, and we tell you before the visit, not on the invoice.
Can I change how often you come?
Any time. Weekly to every two weeks, every two weeks to monthly, or pause for a month. There's no contract.
Can I get the same cleaner each time?
Request them. Tell us who you liked and we book them again whenever they are available.
