Meet Lucas Fialkoff
A clean house gives you a clear head. That is the whole idea.
I started Abide Cleaning Co to help Kalamazoo families live a simpler, cleaner life. When the house is clean, everything else feels lighter. You think more clearly, you rest better, and you get your evenings back. I grew up in a home where cleaners came every month, and what stuck with me was walking in afterward. The whole house felt calmer. That is the feeling every visit is built to leave behind.
My faith shapes how I run this company. It is why I care about the people who let us into their homes, and why I hold us to doing exactly what we said we would. Abide means to stay, to last. So you get the same checklist and the same standard on every visit, a day and time we keep, and a price you know before we start. If anything is ever off, tell me and it gets made right.
We treat every home like our own.

How we work
Built on three things.
Dependable
A set day and time, and we keep it. We say what we will do, then we do it.
Clear communication
What's included is published before you book. Anything off, say so and it's fixed and written to your file.
A defined process
Every service is defined by a published checklist, so what's included is the same no matter who you book.
Who is in your house
You're handing a stranger a key. We take that seriously.
- Request the same cleaner every visit. Tell us who you liked and we book them again whenever they are available.
- Every cleaner is an independent professional we have vetted. We only work with people we would want in our own house.
First visit
How the first clean actually goes.
You send the form
The house and the day you want.
The clean
Your cleaner works off the published checklist, plus whatever you flagged. You don't have to be home.
You tell us what to change
Anything off, tell us and we make it right. That note goes on your file for every visit after.
