House cleaning in Kalamazoo, MI.
Where we are based, from the older streets near downtown to the newer builds on the edge of the city.
Kalamazoo homes
What we plan for in a Kalamazoo house.
Older houses, newer houses
Kalamazoo has a real mix: early twentieth century homes near downtown and neighborhoods that went up much later. Painted trim and older floors want a different pass than a newer build, and a deep clean is usually the right first visit on the older streets.
A college town calendar
With Western Michigan University and Kalamazoo College in town, a lot of homes turn over in spring and summer. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning books up around those dates, so ask early.
Winter comes indoors
Salt, slush and grit track in from November through March and they are hard on floors and entryways. The entry, the mudroom and the stairs get worked first in those months.
